1. In case you do not remember your account’s password, do not worry, you will just need to reset it.

Kindly follow the steps below in order to reset your password:

1. Go to this link Reset password | Deriv 259 and type in your email address.
2. Once you click reset the password, an email will be sent to you.
   (If you are unable to locate the email in your Inbox, look for it in your Spam box/Spam mail/Junk mail)
3. It will contain a hyperlink that will take you to the page to reset your password.
4. Then type in your new password.
